Bird graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts where she received an in depth and well rounded education in theater arts, costume design and construction, stage combat, general dance and movement, vocal production (musical theater), phonetics, accents and dialect training. Bird continued her training in an intensive program focusing on Theatrical Technical Design and Stage Management.

 

Bird founded Noisy Nest in 2012 directing and producing shows such as Armitage by Don Nigro, Proof by David Auburn, an acclaimed immersive production of existential classic No Exit by Jean-Paul Sartre and Smoke by Kim Davies.
